A gothic fantasy set during the Great London Smog of 1952, as nine-year-old Howie hunkers down in his grandparents’ old manor where, according to legend, the ghost of a young Victorian chimney sweep steals children and whisks them into the smokestacks. Co-written with Jack Flynn.
